Welcome to our photography store. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or purchasing any services.

1. Services

We offer professional digital photography services, including event photography, family portraits, and studio sessions. All images are delivered in digital format only. No physical prints or products are offered.

2. Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance. A full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Once payment is made, your session is confirmed for the agreed date and time.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once without any fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule a session in case of emergencies, technical issues, or unavoidable circumstances.

4. Image Delivery

All images are delivered digitally via a secure online gallery or download link within 7 business days from the shoot. Delivery time may vary depending on the scope of the project. No unedited or raw files will be provided.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs remain the copyright of the photographer. Clients are granted a non-commercial, personal-use license to use and share the images. Images may not be edited, altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients must arrive on time and be prepared for the session. Any delay or lack of cooperation may affect the quality or quantity of delivered images. We are not responsible for missed shots or poor results due to unpreparedness or late arrivals.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is kept confidential and used solely for providing and improving our services. Images may be used for our portfolio, website, or social media unless the client explicitly requests otherwise before the session.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in delivering high-quality digital images. However, we are not liable for any technical issues, loss of files after delivery, or dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of any updates.
