Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds

• Digital Products:
  All delivered services result in non-tangible digital goods. Once images have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

• Full Refund for Technical Failures:
  If we are unable to deliver your digital photos due to a technical failure on our part (such as file corruption, camera malfunction, or data loss), a full refund will be issued without deductions.

• Partial Refunds:
  If part of a session is compromised but usable photos are still delivered, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, based on the situation.
